I would like to buy a speed gun with capability to read in km/hr, I live in Mexico but I have 2 PO box one at McAllen TX an other at El Paso TX it is possible to buy on line with my credit card and you ship it to my PO box? if your answer is yes please suggest me a not expensive product that I can use to meassure car speed. Thank you in advance and I will be loking forward of your answer.
