Hi,
I want to purchase some decent binoculars for night vision viewing. I'm primarily interested in looking at wildlife around my property in the mountains. I wear glasses so want to make sure that I can get a pair with a comfortable fit. I like the option of taking them off as well and adjusting the focus. Although I'd love to get Gen 2 I believe Gen 1 is more in my price range at this time. Regardless, I konw that you recomend the ATN Night Scout Night Vision Binoculars. Do you thing these would meet my needs? You can call me if you would like.

Hi Sharon

Performance on all Gen 1 products is roughly the same, since all Gen 1 intensifier tubes are made in the same factory.

The only advantage of an NV binocular is the comfort of using two eyes. A binocular will have no more range or performance than a comparable monocular. The ATN Night Scout Night Vision Binoculars though, is a good choice in an NV bino and it is in stock.
