Does the Moro offer variable gain control like the PVS14?

Is the PVS-14 submersible like the Moro 14?

Yes, the Morovision MV - 14 Ultra Gen 3 Night Vision Monocular has a variable gain control.

No, a PVS14 is not submersible.
