| I decided to purchace the Meade scope (ETX-70AT) and after having problems with the shopping cart on your website attempted to call in my order. I was going to purchase the scope, hard case, and a couple of accessories and was told the scope was BACK ORDERED. Meanwhile your company has 37 of these scopes availible on E-bay at a higher price plus shipping costs. Shame on You! |

I am so sorry for all your troubles trying to order. Yes, it is very frustrating. I feel the same way when I face a backorder on an item. I will personally try to help you find an alternative or see if I can get Meade to hurry one to us. Please let me know if I can help.
Please understand that we do not have 37 of these, despite what the E-Bay store says. At this time, it is not possible to update counts on our E-Bay store site. The 37 you see is the orginal quantity available at the time the item was listed. Since we do have some of these on oreder from Meade, the decision was made to leave the item on the site. We will have the ETX-70 for you just as soon as we can get one from Meade. In the meantime, I would be glad to help you pick something available right now, for immediate delivery.
