MEADE SmartFinder problems

Hi amateurs !
I am using a ETX125PE. Everything is OK, except I cannot see any "Red dot" in the SmartFinder !
As the telescope tracking is excellent, I hardly need the finder, but why it happens ?

Hi

Make sure you are lined up directly behind the Smartfinder. If you are at an angle, the red dot might not be visible.
