| I plan to be buying some Oakleys soon, and was wondering about polarization. I have read and searched. I have read that sometimes it impedes the ability to read LCDs. My phone obviously has an LCD, a huge one that I use all the time (It's a Pocket PC) If it's not a problem, then of course I'll go buy the polarized. Considering the price, $30 difference is minimal to me, so I wanted to know what everyone thought. I have read all the benefits but the LCD/ ATM bank machine worry me. If someone can relieve my concerns, I'll go ahead and get the polarized. |

Hi
Polarized lenses can produce strange effects when reading LCDs and so on, typically giving you a banded color effect and other distortions. However, a great deal depends on the quality of the lens. I suggest you try before you buy at a local store. _________________ ----------------------
