Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT 8.0-Megapixel

hi, I just purchased a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT 8.0-Megapixel Digital SLR Camera and I am having trouble setting it to bulb setting. "Leave the shutter open for long exposures" Can you please give me assitance in finding and activating this setting on this camera?
