That depends on how you define "best".

If you are looking for a scope strictly for visual observing, I like the Celestron 6" Starhopper, http://www.opticsplanet.net/celestron-star-hopper-6-dobsonians-telescope.html

If you want a GOTO (computerized) scope, I'd look at the Meade 2130ATS, http://www.opticsplanet.net/meade-ds-2130ats-model-50-f-77-goto-reflector-telescope-20132.html
