Hi:
I wonder to know can I use heater seeker in the war game? Can I use this device to detect does there any person behind tree, grass, or Stone? I do not need the image but just a clue when i play the game. The distance that I need is only 20-30 feet only. Thanks

It may work under certain conditions, but it is not effective reading through brush and trees or other obstructions which act as insulation.

So even if it is only within 40 feet it still not get effective reading through tree and brush? What does this heat seeker do when people use them for hunting? What device will be your suggestion for my purpose to use?

Heat seekers all suffer from the same limitations, regardless of whether you use them for hunting or other applications.
