Hi

No nightvison unit is designed to be used underwater. Even if you could make one that was submersible, you would never get the image quality needed to see anything in that environment. Night vision is limited enough even for use on land. Waterproof NVs are designed to be used in a marine environment where they might be exposed to water spray and an ocassional dunking. Nothing more.
