What is the best Reflector telescope with a good tripod and more than 1 eyepiece for around $350 to $400. Please could you give me a few of the one's that come to mind. I would rather spend $400 for a telescope with good optics than $400 for a average optics telescope with a computerized go-to system. Well you probally understand what I mean. And for $400 can I get a telescope that would be easy to set up every night and take back in?

Hi
That's easy. An 8" Dobsonian, such as the Celestron Starhopper, http://www.opticsplanet.net/celestron-star-hopper-8-dobsonians-telescope.html will give you more aperture and fewer headaches than any telescope made. Nothing is easier to operate and set up for a night of observing. A Dob isn't the best choice for photography or ultr-high magnification planetary observing, but for deep-sky observing and general viewing, you'll be up and observing while all the high tech crowd are still trying to get their computers to cooperate. _________________ ----------------------
