Image quality Bushnell stealthvie vs. Night Owl NOCC3

I have a low cost Night Owl NOCC3 Gen 1 monocular. Unit carried by Wal Mart. Use it to "try to" view wildlife in farm field at night. Night Owl is about 5 years old. I am considering upgrade for better image quality and better sensitivity in low light. Would a Bushnell digital stealthview be a significant improvement to the Night Owl device I currently have?

Yes, the Bushnell Night Vision 5 x 42 Stealth View Monocular 260542 will have a better image. It uses digital technology similar to a digital camera, so there is no intensifier tube. It produces a black and white image that is comparable to the upper end of traditional gen 2 night vision units.
