SuperSampler won't advance

My new supersampler wont advance, it's stuck. Any suggestions?

Hi

Sounds like the film is stuck. You'll probably have to remove the film and start over with a fresh roll. If that doesn't work, the camera is defective and will need to be returned. Contact our customer service department for help on an exchange.
