Ordering via Money Order

I sent an Email to Sales early this morning, not sure if I typed my Email correctly. Anyway, I sent a Money Order for a bipod along with the order form last week (Wednesday). My question is, would I get an Email verification notice (I did enter my Email in the form)? I always like to make sure my payment has reached its destination.

Yes, if you supplied an email address, you will receive verification.

Thanks for replying back. I got an email from a rep saying that "my order has been shipped directly from the manufacturer."

I'm assuming that it will not be shipped to OpticsPlanet first then shipped to me?

By the way, your customer service is great!

Well, after 3 days I emailed again and I got the exact same response as I did on Monday. I even went as far as calling the 800 number and I'm not even in the computer. I'm getting two different answers. The rep on the phone said it can take up to 2 weeks which I find very strange. I understand it will take a little longer than if I ordered online. Every company that I've used and sent a money order to has processed my order very quickly (in less than a week and including mail delivery time), and yes, it would be on it's way to me right now.

I have called over the phone and used email. I'm getting two different answers. Over the phone, I'm told my order has not been processed. The email replies I got said the exact same thing... my order has been shipped directly from the manufacturer.

I will try to email again.
