unable to align new scope

novice here, please help,just bought celestron cpc 800, having problem getting scope to align, tried 3 star align- at least 6 times gave up, is there an easier way ,also tried 1 star

Hi

Could be any number of things. Give us a call on Monday (1-800-504-5897) after 10 AM Central and ask for Bob. He is my computerized scope specialist and, of course, you can always visit with a tech at Celestron at 1-800-421-9649
