My Daughter is the proud new owner of a Celestron Starhopper 10" telescope. Needless to say I am pretty stoke about it also.
We are looking at the Celstron eyepiece kits.

The first kit has Plossl eyepieces. I haven't found a whole lot of info on this type of eyepiece but what I have read it sounds like these would be a bit better.
What is the difference between the two eyepiece types? FOV?
Thanks for any info you can shed on the subject.

Hi

You linked the same kit, twice, but that's fine. This kit is a good way to get started and cover all the bases before buying better quality and more expensive eyepieces. Not quite as good as Celestron's higher grade eyepieces, but good enough to get started.
