parts missing

We bought a digital camera for your little girl it was an Sakar Kids Digital Camera Easy to use kit w/ 3 Interchangeable Face Plates. It was unopened at the store when we got it. It was gotten in Nov. of 2007 for an Xmas gift it had the camera, face plates, and the USB cable. It did not have the software or anything else that it was to have in the package. They told me and my wife that seeing how it was not open they could not or would not do thing about it. We would like o know what we can do now because it is of no use with out the rest of it. We are not happy with it because we can not use the camera. I have looked for the stuff on-line and am not able to find it. If you need the store info. here it is,
