I recently ordered a Celestrontripod, and was shipped a returned tripod that had apparently been put back in the new inventory. It had a stuck leg that wouldn't extend, as well as missing pieces. After contacting Optics Planet about the situation, a risk management specialist named Mary followed up and immediately sent me a new one via UPS Air at no extra cost. Great customer service.
