So I have been looking for a sturdy Gen 2 monocular with 1x magnification. (I want to be able to walk around with it and not fall down...)

I have been comparing the Night Optics D-300-2MS and the ATN Night Spirit-2. or the ATN PS14-2. They both seem like well built units. The Night Optics units seem to consistently have a lower rating for lp/mm. But the Night Optics units appear to have a faster lens. Which one is better in your opinion? Is there another unit I should consider?

The Night Spirit is a bit bigger than the PS-14. The light weight and compactness make the PS-14 one of ATN's most popular items. Headgear is available for the PS-14 but not the Night Spirit. You also have your choice of three different tubes with different performance ratings. I have not used the D-300.
