What is the difference between all these 2nd generation device?

What is the lp/mm?
Range ?
technology difference?

The difference is in the intensifier tubes. To find LPM you must go to each manufacturer's listing for the specific item you're looking at. Each manufacturer uses different specs. Same with ranges. Google night vision systems for more information.
