Shipping of export restricted items inside the US

I´m an international customer from Europe and I´ve learned that you don´t ship export restricted items like rifle scopes and night vision equipment internationally. O.k., but I´m frequently in the USA for firearms training. May I order a scope from inside the US which will stay in the country and not be exported? Shipping will take place strictly inside the US.
I intend to leave the scope in my storage room at the firearms training facility, so I can avoid the import/export hassle of an expensive item.

Hi

As long as your intention is not to take it out of the country, no problem, but you will be required to complete a non-export form from us at the time of purchase.
