Photo adapter and case for Kowa 663 ED angled spotting scope

I am probably going to purchase a KOWA 663 ED Angled spotting scope in the near future. Two questions:
1.What, if any, adapter would be practical for my Kodak Z740 camera for digiscoping?
2.Do the KOW 663's come with a carrying case or does this need to be ordered separately?

Hi

The simplest and most cost efftive way to go with any small or medium digital camera is a universal adapter, such as the Alpen 706

Sorry, you have to buy the 663 case, CNW-9, as a separate item. You don't get a case with any Kowa spotting scope.
