Kowa 663 ED or Kowa 773 ED or Bushnell Elite 20-60x80 ED

I will be using the spotting scope primarily for target shooting at ranges from 100 to 300 yards. Is there that much gain by going to a larger objective lens (66mm to 77mm with the Kowa) - other words is it worth the price difference? I will be ordering the 20-60x zoom eyepiece with the system.
Where does the Bushnell fall in?
What would be your order choice of the above?

Hi

I'd rate any of these as 300 yard scopes, but you get a much smaller scope with the 663 and much better eyepiece selection(and quality) with either Kowa compared to the Bushnell. If you can afford a 773, go for it, but the 663 will get the job done for this application, assuming, as always, the atmosphere is cooperating.
