I'm looking to get into a higher end Binocular to replace my worn out Canon.. I want to buy something nice, and that I can keep for many years of enjoyment.
I'm thinking either Leica, Swarovsky, Zeiss, Nikon, or Canon..
Can you folks tell me which of these brands has the absolute best quality? or are they all comparable? Seems like price wise, depending on the model, they're all priced closely. |

Hi
There is no such thing as absolute best. That is an optical myth. There is only a handful of binoculars at the top, all too close to call, optically. No one model will ever score at the top in all optical categories. In the end, it will boil down to your personal preference as to brand, features, handling and so on. You absolutely cannot make a mistake with Swarovski, Leica and the higer end Zeiss and Nikon. _________________ Thanks for posting with us
