I bought an LX50 10" with a Magellan II controller. The telescope originally came with a wedge, can I use it without it or will it throw the tracking way off? Not looking for photography tracking, just for viewing?

Hi

The only reason to use a wedge is astrophotography. Not needed for visual work, no. Wil;l track just fine as is.
