Help! I make a newbie mistake on the CG4 Mount

My wife just brought me the Celestron C6 Advance telescope. When i was putting the scope together. The Latitude Adjustment screw on the CG4 mount became misthreaded. Now, i cant turn the screw either direction. I was wondering if anyone knew a way of getting the screw out without damaging the mount. All suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Best option is to visit with a tech at Celestron before attempting anything. Contact Celestron at 1-800-421-9649
