Nikon 5x15HG

I was interested in buying one of these http://www.opticsplanet.net/nikon-monocular-5x15.html but they seem to be backordered everywhere I search. Were they discontinued by Nikon? If not, when do you expect to get another delivery for these monoculars? Peace

On another thought, how are the Nikon HG's compared to the Minox Md's http://www.opticsplanet.net/minox-md-6x16-monocular.html optics wise?

Hi

Can't say when we will see the HGs, as Nikon backorders tend to be lengthy. Not discontinued by Nikon, though. I would rate the Minox as good, but not as good as the HG.
