the Gladiator 25-75 x 100 mm Barska Spotting Scope is priced lower that the Alpen 788 with better specs. including the impresive 100mm.

Too good to be true? Should I stick with Alpen? I thinking of long range digiscoping.

Hi

Don't sucker for the numbers. Image quality is a function of lens quality and that is somehting you can check with the price, not the numbers. Cheap lens equals cheap image, regardless of the size.
