Hi,
I want to buy a bino but i need help choosing it. I've read guides and bino things but i lack the hands on practice. Thought i need a expert voice so i've came here. I want to tell me the instability and quality of the image for each magnification rate of these binos since i don't want to use tripod ( rate the brands too please ) :
Unless you plan to use a tripod, never exceed a 10 for a first binocular number. A 12x, 16x or 20x is too hard to steady without a tripod.
All else equal, an exit pupil of 5 (second binocular number divided by first binocular number) in the 10x50 will offer the brightest image.
