well i think the most capable to answer is optics planet's expert
i received email from YUKON's advance optics inc said that YUKON and SIGHTMARK are different company and YUKON never release 3-9x40 rifle scope.
here is the letter from Mikhail Orlov:
Dear Sir:

Yukon and Sightmark are different brands made by different companies.
Yukon
does not make 3-9x40 rifle scope. Please contact Sightmark for any
product
related questions.

it's strange since it's been advertise everywhere and i thought that SIGHTMARK is type from YUKON's rifle scope line products.

Good question, because the Sightmark products are advertized everywhere as Yukon, including on our website.

Landmark Outdoors is the parent company of both brand names. They manufacture both Yukon Advanced Optics and Sightmark products, along with a few other brands. Many web based companies market these items as Yukon Sightmark for both brand recognition reasons and for search engine optimization. In truth, Yukon and Sightmark are two different brands from the same company.

Compare this to Bushnell, who is the parent company for Bushnell, Tasco, Serengetti Sunglasses, Stoney Point, Bolle Sunglasses, Uncle Mike's, and many other brands.
