30 mm. rings/mount for Tikka T3 lite ?

Hey, first post here, though i've been an OpticsPlanet customer for a while.
I just ordered a Tikka T3 lite .308, stainless, and i have a Leupold MK IV PR
4.5-14x40 mil-dot scope that i would like to mount on it. The Tikkas come with 1" rings,which obviously i'm unable to use. I'm not sure if this rifle has holed drilled as well as grooves in the receiver, and i'm not sure what is and isn't compatible.
I've been reading about Warne rings, Burris Zee rings, etc.but it's the mounts i'm most confused about. I'm just looking to do this as economically as possible, yet not so cheaply that i'm soon wishing i'd spent a few more dollars.
I'm also leaning away from QR systems, but remain open to suggestions.
Any help much appreciated.....M.

I'm baffled at how frequently this seems to occur on various discussion boards: Me,or someone else, posts a question, that couldn't possibly be any more clear, then numerous people view it,yet no one says ANYTHING. Now i guess it's possible that everyone has the same rifle,and has the same question and are hoping maybe i'm fortuitously posting this information,out of the blue, for no good reason. But no, the fact that the title ended in a QUESTION MARK eliminates that possibility !! So why are you looking at this thread ?????
