My wife boutght me a Buck Ridge Horizon 6-24x40 scope. I ain't liken it. When you get past 10x it starts to get foggy. AND... it seems to help but, as you go up in power you have to stay right behind the eye piece (very sensitive) still foggy and turns black if your not real steady. Any help? or is this normal?

What you have is a typical $80.00 high power variable scope. You get what you pay for. If the scope has not been mounted and is in new condition, get a return number and send it back for refund or exchange. Be prepared to get the same performance with any scope in the same magnification range for similar money.
