i would like to buy a 80ED for more day time use and some night view ,can you tell me which 80ED is better? i found that there is less review for meade 80ed, can you give me some view for this scope, thanks

Hi

I like the Meade for its shoter length and better portability, but the Celestron will do just fine. Problem on the Meade is going to be availability - very short supply and currently backordered.

the meade is china made scope? and how 's the ability of meade 80ed for spotting

how's the Field-of-View and Minimum Focus Distance for meade 80ed scope, which one is suitable for 300yards or more observation, thanks

Hi

Yes, the Meade is made in China.

Field of view is a functon of magnification and eyepiece design. Just a matter of the eyepiece you are using.
