I recently purchased the ATN 4-12 SWAT and have looked very closely over the scope for quality. Overall, the scope is built amazingly and is probably the most quality piece I have ever personally owned. My only concern can be seen in the picture below. There is a "smear" of what appears to be glue on the superior part of the inside glass. I have outlined it in the picture below for closer observation. I have emailed ATN and have not received an response back yet.

The scope was just delivered aprx 3-4 days ago so it still has not been used on the rifle. Overall, is this cause for concern? And if so would it be possible to receive a replacement and return this one?

Thanks for your time,

If the scope has not been mounted and you feel there is something wrong with it, go to our policy page and enter the information for a return number and send it back. Include instructions with your wishes for a replacement or a refund, and we'll take care of it immediately.

Sir,

It is unfortunate that the scope had this smudge on the optics when you received it. I can a sure you that this is unusual for ATN. We have a great service department that will take care of your problem. Please contact our warranty department for RMA # and we will clean you optics for you.
