can you guys point out which solar filter would work on a celestron nexstar 4se???
Im looking under the celestron accessories page and see the filters but am not sure which one would work... also maybe im just a little paranoid but are these solar filters safe???? i mean im guessing they are but when it comes to my eyes i have a slight paranoia Razz

also there is a kit by celestron which comes with a 4,6,9,15,32mm lenses and some filters would that be a good set for a newb?

Hi

From a liability standpoint, we cannot recommend any filter that is not an exact match for your telescope model. The good news is that Celestron has just come out with a new filter designed for the 4SE, their number 94129. We hope to add it to our website soon.

Yes, an eyepiece kit is always a good way to get started.
