ITT PVS 14 generation 3 needs repair

The knob of the PVS 14 came off and will go back on but and operate then fall off when turning off where the knob is in neutral. Where shall I send it as ITT has not responded regarding repair information. Or is there a kit for what is likely a common problem. The repair apparently depends on a small steel washer, quite thin that will no longer hold the resistance the spring causes.

You might want to give Morovision a call. They are the primary ITT distributor and contact in the US.
