Is there a similar digiscope adaptor to the Kowa DA10 that would fit the Bushnell Elite 80mm with a 22x eyepiece.

Hi

Sorry, but no. Bushnell does make any digiscoping adapters of any kind and it would take something made specifically for the Elite to get you something like a DA-10. You're stuck with a universal.
