Leupold Mounts - Weatherby?

Will the same Leupold bases fit a Mark V made in Japan and one made in the US.

It seems like the screws in the rear base are not long enough to fit a US made gun.

Receivers for Mk IVs made in Japan and Minnesota are identical. Ultra Lightweight receivers are different and use different bases than standard Mk IVs.
