My package arrived last night, good timing, but bad news. My new Kowa
Eyepiece Model = TSE-14WD: 30x Wide angle was not in the box when opened. The box appears to have been squashed and the end blown opened and then poorly retaped without my eyepiece. I have contacted UPS and your customer service via email.
In the meantime I need that eyepeice for my vacation. I am leaving early on June 3. What are the chances you will send a replacement ASAP?

I just heard from customer service. They now say the eyepiece was never in the box, although the invoice says it was. They claim it is coming from the manufacturer, is this what normally happens?

Hi
If the product is on the shelf, we ship from here. If not, we drop ship from the manufacturer, whenever possible, to speed things up. Normal business practice for most retailers, these days. _________________ Thanks for posting with us
