ups worldwide express

hi,

im trying to order a stay-on case for kowa 663.
when i click on ups worldwide express to get quote, it comes back saying "currently unable to retrieve shipping rates from ups"
this is for delivery to south africa.
what other options do i have?
dont want to go with usps...as once it gets to SA it's the local postal service......and they are not reliable.

Hi

I have spoken to our Customer Service mamanger. He informs me that there are a number of possibilities for the problem you encountered.
