Leupold Cascades 8x42

I have looked through the Yosemites 6x30 and was very impressed by how clear and sharp the view was. Are the Cascades 8x42 going to be even sharper edge to edge or is the extra cost of the Cascades simply due to better body construction with optics being much the same compared to the Yosemites? Thanks for your help.

Hi

Yes, the Cascades will be comparable, though a larger binocular and, of course, they offer the advantage of internal focusing - better protection against the elements.
