Hi there staff and public in general, my name is Jose and i'm from Mexico, well, a few years ago i got a telescope (kj-6, konus), but i lost like 3 lens and well its not a telescope anymore. ok, i got 3 questions:
1. If i don't have the instructive (the book with instructions),¿how can I know the kind of those 3 lenses i lost?
2. ¿You can receive a photo of my telescope, and with those parts i had lost (pointing them)?
3. If the last two questions can be solved as "yes", my last question is :
¿how can i receive those parts at my house at Mexico?
well, i hope my english dont cause any problems for you to understand.
ok, i wait for your answers.
thanks |

Hi
Repairing inexpensive telescopes or replacing accessories on them is seldom cost effective. For what it costs to replace a set of just two or three eyepieces - the usual number used - you can buy a brand new telescope complete with all parts including mount, tripod, eyepieces, finder scope, instruction manual and so on.
We don't carry instruction manuals or replacement parts, but you may wish to contact Konus, directly. You can contact Konus at 1-305-592-5500 or visit their website _________________ Thanks for posting with us
