Purchased an EoTech 512 sight for an M4. Received the product, and noted the package was warn ......item inside was NOT / NOT brand new.

1) The sight had finger prints / smudge marks all over the reflective glass.
2) Package was warn / open
3) Batteries were installed and dead on arrival
4) Eotech sight had visible signs of wear on the top / dust or powder. Sad

We get our EOTechs directly from EOTech, and yours should not have had the issues you describe. If you just got it, get an RMA number from our policy page and we will replace it for you. Unless you ordered a demo unit, it should be brand new. Sorry for the inconvenience.
