AN/PVS 7a/c vs 7b/d

I have a body and wiring for a PVS 7a or PVS 7c, not sure which. I'd like to put it together, but I don't know if I can get the parts for the a/c. Are parts in the PVS 7b/d compatible with the a/c? If not, which are capatable, and which not?
