Well I got an binoculars but the screen shots i took i dont know how to download them to my computer... I lost the cd.. So what options do i have now? Im running windowsxp ...

Thank you for your interest in www.OpticsPlanet.com. You should not need the included photo shop program for downloading your pictures to the computer. You should be able to use any picture program on your computer. For help with that, you can contact either Microsoft or the manufacturer. If you want a replacement CD-rom, you would contact the manufacturer as they carry extra programs. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

You also just can't use any software, you need the acutal drivers to get the computer communcating with the binoculars.

Each digibino is a little different. I'm not familiar with yours, but there are some that are available that plug and play very easily. Again, if that didn't work, than the manufacturer would be able to supply you with the replacement program. Good luck.
