Remington 7400 Scope / Base / Rings

What are you currently using ? 30-06 for coyotes to elk. I was thinking about the Nikon Monarch 2.5 - 8 x 28 EER. Opinions. Thanks.

Your scope selection is fine for big game. But, you may find it lacking for long-range coyote hunting. Incidentally, a .30-06 is extreme overkill for coyotes. If you are set on using it for that purpose you should check and see if Remington is still making accelerator shells.
