Mueller Products

Hello, i was wondering if anyone has had experience with Mueller rifle scopes. i am looking to replace the simmons 3-9x 40mm scope on my savage 7mm mag. and would like to get a quality scope that will last. i just ran across mueller product reviews and they are all good but they are on the mueller site and may be bias. the mueller ERATICATOR

8.5-25x50AO IGR caught my eye just wanted to see if anyone had suggestions or comments. i would like to keep the scope for this gun in the 400$ range if anyone has suggestions on a better buy for my gun.

Mueller is probably the best of the chinese made scopes. If I had $400 to spend on a scope it would not be a Mueller. They are superior to BSA and even the lower end Bushnells and Tascos. But for your price range I would be looking at Bushnell Elite 4200s, Nikon Monarchs, Weaver Grand Slams, and offerings from Burris.

I have been using a Mueller multi-shot for my .17 HMR Ruger and am completely satisfied with it's performance for the price. At ~$150 I consider it a real bargain. Now if you are intent on spending $400 then perhaps there are better choices, but to me Mueller offers exceptional value.
