This is a wonderful and extremely functional product. However one of the rubber buttons that adjust brightness has come off and vanished. How would I go about getting a replacement button? I would be thankful for any assistance.

That would be classified as a replacemnt part - one not available to dealers for sale. That means you will need to call ATN. You can reach them at 1-800-910-2862
