I just got my bushnell elite 20x60x70mm scope. There is 2 differnt rings near the eyepiece. The one twordaws the back turds but there is one directly in front of it but it won't turn. What am I doing wrong.

Hi

The rings are sometimes quite tight when they are new, but both will turn.

The front ring (one farthest forward) is the zoom ring to change magnification. You'll see a little gold arrow. Turn the ring till one of the numbers (magnification) lines up with the arrow.

The rear ring is the focus ring.
