Second plane with German 4-A reticle

I need assistance in making a selection on a rifle scope. Your selection is enormous. My criteria are:
1. Illuminated reticle.
2. Objective lens not more than 50mm.
3. Preferred magnification range of 2.5 to 9 power, but willing to go as high as 4 to 12.
4. Priced less than $900.
Other considerations are of lesser concerns, but may include reticle on the second focal plane and reticle similar to the German #4.
